INTUBATING STYLET:-

An intubating stylet is a medical device used in airway management to assist with tracheal intubation, a procedure where a tube is inserted into the trachea to maintain an open airway.

Facilitates

An intubating stylet provides rigidity and guidance for the endotracheal tube (ETT) during difficult or routine intubation. It helps in steering the ETT into the trachea, particularly when the anatomy is challenging or when visualization with a laryngoscope is limited.
